OUR LITTLE PART OF THE WORLD
We are located in the foothills of the beautiful Catskill Mountains along the mighty Susquehanna River, which runs south through Pennsylvania and Delaware. The area is ideally located with easy access to Interstate 88 running between Binghamton and Albany. We are fortunate to be two and a half to three hours from New York City, a short drive to the Finger Lakes, Binghamton, Utica, Syracuse, Schenectady and the state capital Albany, New York. With the Catskill Mountains to the east, the Finger Lakes to the west the Adirondacks to the north and the Poconos to the south opportunities for recreation abound. Our area is well known for fishing, hunting, skiing, hiking, camping, canoeing swimming and golfing. Cultural and entertainment facilities are easily accessible.
The many quaint picture postcard villages, which comprise the area, offer the best of many worlds. You’ll find old- fashioned atmosphere, friendliness and modern conveniences. This rural area has access to many educational opportunities. The State University of New York has colleges in Binghamton, Cobleskill, Delhi, and Oneonta as well as a branch of the Morrisville campus in Norwich. Oneonta is also home to Hartwick College.

The Tri-County area of Central New York is one of the nicest areas in the state.
